I wanted to pass along to you a note that I received from a friend here in Serbia. It was incredible encouraging to me…I hope it is to you too.
Some background on the person that wrote the note: Her name is Dijana and she is a good friend of ours here in Serbia, our team met her our second day in Novi Sad at the church that we attend here. She has an amazing walk with the Lord, and I have been so encouraged by getting to spend time with her. Her friendship has truly been a blessing. Dijana has been a believer for a few years now, and has expressed to us her heart for the people of Serbia to come to know the Lord. On Sunday night she gave this letter to our team…

Dear Friends,
It isn’t a mistake that I say ‘friends’, please read this to everyone of your team. Yesterday, I read something from the Scriptures that gives me idea to write this. The verse is, ‘People living far away will come and build the Temple of the Lord…’ -Zechariah 6:15. I know that Lord call you to come here to ‘build his temple’ in my country. It is the only right name for everything you work here. Every person that hears the gospel from you is one more brick. I just want to thank you. Thanks for came here, far away from your families, churches, friends and your country… Thank you for yours big love for Serbia.

Dijana
